What is Law New?

Law is an ever-changing field. There are always new challenges that come up and that means there is a need for legal firms to constantly look at how they can change their practices. One concept that has gained momentum in recent years is the idea of “law new.” This is a practice that focuses on doing things differently to help clients. It can mean working with new types of clients, using different strategies or embracing technology. It can also mean creating a separate division of the firm that is not on a partnership track.

Law New is an area of legal practice that all firms should be aware of and understand how it works. This is because it can be an area of the law that leads to tremendous growth for a firm. It can also be a way to bring in new revenue without impacting other areas of the practice that may be the main focus of a legal firm.

Licensing for third-party food delivery services

This bill would require third-party food delivery services to obtain a license from the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection in order to operate in the City. The bill would also repeal the subchapter in the Administrative Code that contains the laws regulating third-party food delivery services and incorporate the provisions of recently passed Introductions 2311-A, 2333-A, and 2335-A into this new licensing scheme. This bill is designed to protect consumers and public safety by ensuring that these services are properly licensed and insured. It is also intended to encourage competition in the marketplace and enhance transparency. This bill will take effect on July 1, 2024.
